Ok you guys, I have been on a major smoothie kick all summer. I’ve been experimenting every morning with a new smoothie for breakfast. This Blueberry Coconut Smoothie is Dairy Free and so delicious! (no pun intended since I used So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt) 🙂
Here’s what I love about this smoothie:
-It’s super easy to whip up for a quick breakfast.
-It keeps you full until lunch.
-It gives you a little boost of energy in the morning.
-It’s über creamy and coconutty. (is coconutty a word? I kinda like it) 🙂
-It has 3 different kinds of Coconuts – Coconut is a true super food, it is good for every part of your body inside and out.
-It has Blueberries which are awesome because they are full of antioxidants.

Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Coconut Milk plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 Dates pitted
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened Coconut Milk
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
