These Easy Grilled Lobster Tails are perfect for when you want a fancy dinner in without all the fuss! Making Lobster at home vs. getting it in a restaurant will save you money too!

Easy Grilled Lobster Tails on a platter

I’ve been making Lobster at home for years. Whenever I see it go on sale at my local grocery store I scoop them up for a fancy date night in!

The Lobster Tails I found this week were wild caught, and let me tell you they tasted AMAZING!

To make these start by using a kitchen shears to cut the top of Lobster shell from meaty portion of tail but do not cut into the end of the tail (see pictures below).

Cutting the shell of the lobster tail

Use your hands to open the shell like a book.

Opening the shell to show the lobster meat

Place a skewer through the Lobster meat in each tail so it doesn’t curl up when cooking. Brush each Lobster tail with 2 Tbs melted butter mixed with the juice from 1 lemon wedge and the parsley.

Place the lobster flesh side down on the grill for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature is 145F. Place on a platter and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully remove skewers using an oven mitt. Drizzle 2 Tbs melted Butter over the flesh. Squeeze Lemon Juice over them from the remaining wedges and sprinkle with Parsley.

Now proceed to indulge in all of this deliciousness!
