Easy Grilled Lobster Tails

- 2 (4-oz) Lobster Tails
- 1/4 cup melted Butter divided
- 1 Lemon sliced into 4 wedges
- 1 Tbs dried Parsley plus more for garnish
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium/high heat, around 400F
- Using a kitchen shears, cut top of Lobster shell from meaty portion of tail but do not cut into the end of the tail
- Use your hands to open the shell like a book (see pictures above)
- Place a skewer through the Lobster meat in each tail so it doesn’t curl up when cooking
- Brush each Lobster tail with 2 Tbs melted butter mixed with the juice from 1 lemon wedge and the parsley
- Place the lobster flesh side down on the grill for about 5 minutes
- Flip and cook 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature is 145F
- Place on a platter and let it rest for 5 minutes
- Carefully remove skewers using an oven mitt
- Drizzle 2 Tbs melted Butter over the flesh
- Squeeze Lemon Juice over them from the remaining wedges
- Sprinkle with Parsley
