This Coconut Banana Smoothie will bring you back to the tropics! It’s so easy to make, healthy and super yummy!


  • 2 fresh coconuts
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Crack open coconuts over sink, this is a little messy
  2. Take the back side of a knife and tap towards the top of the coconut in an even circular motion.
  3. You will start to see a line form where the opening will be
  4. Gently pry open the top being careful not to spill out the coconut water
  5. Add coconut water to your blender
  6. Add bananas, and vanilla, blend until smooth
