Easy Tuna Sushi Bowls

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup uncooked Sushi Rice
  • 1 Tbs NAKANO® Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs White Sugar
  • 1/2 of a Cucumber sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
  • 1 Avocado pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 1 5oz can Solid Albacore Tuna
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook Sushi Rice as directed on package
  2. In a small bowl mix NAKANO® Rice Vinegar and Sugar
  3. Heat in microwave 30-60 seconds until sugar is dissolved
  4. Pour over cooked Sushi Rice and mix well
  5. Let Rice cool
  6. Divide Rice into 2 bowls
  7. Top with Cucumbers, Carrots, Avocado, Tuna, and Sesame Seeds
  8. Enjoy!
