This Garlic Lemon Salmon with Brussels Sprouts is such an easy dinner. Everything bakes on one sheet pan making cleanup a breeze!

- 1 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts stems remove and cut in half or quartered depending on how big they are
- 6 Garlic cloves minced
- 4 Tbs EVOO divided
- 2 Lemons sliced
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place Brussels in a large bowl
- In a small bowl mix together half of the Garlic and 2 Tbs EVOO
- Pour over the Brussels and toss to coat them well
- Place Brussels on a sheet pan in a single layer
- Bake 15 minutes
- Place Salmon fillets on sheet pan
- Mix together the rest of the Garlic and 2 Tbs EVOO
- Pour over each Salmon fillet
- Place Lemon slices over Salmon and Brussels
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until Salmon is cooked through
