Grilled Lemon Mint Chicken Breasts

These Grilled Lemon Mint Chicken Breasts are made with a simple marinade with ingredients you probably already have on hand. The Chicken is so tender, juicy, and 100% savory!



For the marinade


  1. Combine all ingredients of the marinade in a small bow and whisk together
  2. Place Chicken in a large ziplock bag
  3. Pour marinade over Chicken, seal bag, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours
  4. Heat grill to 450 degrees
  5. Remove Chicken from bag and place the Chicken on the grill
  6. Cover and cook 8 minutes
  7. Turn the Chicken over and cook 8 minutes
  8. Place Chicken on a platter and cover with aluminum foil, let rest 10 minutes
  9. Slice Chicken and serve
  10. Enjoy!


Cook time will vary depending on how thick your chicken breasts are. Always cook chicken until the thickest part of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
