Can we talk about how much I love this Healthy Tahini Chocolate Smoothie right now?! This has a creamy, nutty taste that is so unique and delicious.
I’m so addicted that I’ve been having this every morning for breakfast lately! Oh yeah, did I mention it’s Dairy Free? Yessss!

All I can say is… Whoa!
This was sooo delicious! I mean, better than Peanut Butter, Yes!
The Tahini adds such a unique nutty flavor that’s kind of like Peanut Butter, but different. I know that’s probably not the best description, but honestly I can’t think of how else to describe it. Just try it and you will see what I mean. 🙂
Another great thing about Tahini is that it’s lower in Carbs than Peanut Butter and it’s Paleo. I don’t follow a Paleo diet or anything, but I do make Paleo meals from time to time just to mix things up and stay on a healthier track.

Healthy Tahini Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 2 frozen Banana slices
- 4 pitted Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbs Tahini
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Serve and Enjoy!
