Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

This Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is super easy to make and honestly I think it tastes way better than any store bought dressing I’ve had!


  • 1 large Garlic Clove
  • 46 Anchovies plus more for topping if desired
  • 2 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice (approximately 1 Lemon)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup EVOO


  1. In a small food processor add Garlic, Anchovies, Lemon Juice, Dijon, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and 1/4 cup EVOO
  2. Blend until smooth, taste and add more salt or pepper if desired
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
