For the Salmon Cake:
1 7.5oz can Premium Salmon
1/2cup GF Panko
1 Egg
1/4 tsp ground Sea Salt
1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
1 Shallot finely chopped
Juice from half a Lemon
1 Tbs Tarragon
For the Tartar Sauce:
2 Tbs Mayo
2 tsp Tarragon
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
In a large bowl add together all ingredients for the Salmon Cakes.
Form into 2 patties.
Heat a 9 inch grill pan over med/high heat.
When hot, add the Salmon Cakes.
Cook 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with Tartar Sauce.
For the Tartar Sauce, mix Mayo, Tarragon, and Lemon Juice.
