Lemon Tarragon Salmon Cakes

These Lemon Tarragon Salmon Cakes can be made in under 10 minutes and are so flavorful! This is totally my go-to, quick, and healthy seafood lunch to make when life gets busy.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • For the Salmon Cake:
  • 1 7.5oz can Premium Salmon
  • 1/2 cup GF Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 tsp ground Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Shallot finely chopped
  • Juice from half a Lemon
  • 1 Tbs Tarragon
  • For the Tartar Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs Mayo
  • 2 tsp Tarragon
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add together all ingredients for the Salmon Cakes.
  2. Form into 2 patties.
  3. Heat a 9 inch grill pan over med/high heat.
  4. When hot, add the Salmon Cakes.
  5. Cook 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with Tartar Sauce.
  7. For the Tartar Sauce, mix Mayo, Tarragon, and Lemon Juice.
  8. Top Salmon Cakes.
  9. Enjoy!
