Mushroom and Arugula Pizza (Gluten Free)




  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (if using a different pizza crust, follow the instructions on the package).
  2. Place frozen Pizza Crust on a pizza pan and brush with 2 Tbs EVOO.
  3. In a large pan add 2 Tbs EVOO and Mushrooms.
  4. Saute over med heat 5-6 minutes until softened.
  5. Add the Garlic and saute about 1 minutes.
  6. Spred Mozzarella Cheese over Pizza Crust.
  7. Top the cheese with the Mushrooms and Garlic.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is cooked to desired crispiness.
  9. In a small bowl add Arugula and Lemon Juice. Mix well.
  10. Top pizza with Arugula, slice, and serve.
  11. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze if desired.
