Prosciutto Pear Brie and Honey Crostini


  • Gluten Free Baguette sliced into 12 1/4inch size pieces
  • 10 oz Brie
  • 2 Anjou Pears sliced thin lengthwise (stem and core removed) into 12 pieces
  • 4 slices of Prosciutto cut and rolled into 12 pieces
  • Honey


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place Baguette slices on baking sheet and bake 3 minutes each side
  3. Remove from oven and let cool
  4. Spread Brie evenly over each Crostini
  5. Top with Pear slices and Prosciutto
  6. Drizzle Honey over each one
  7. Serve immediately
