Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Brie and Rosemary

  • 4 large Chicken Breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 6 oz Brie divided into 4 pieces
  • 4 Tbs fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Spray large casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Cut a slit into one side of each Chicken Breast creating a deep pocket (do not butterfly)
  4. Coat Brie with fresh Rosemary and stuff each piece of Brie into the pocket of the Chicken
  5. Wrap 2 slices of Prosciutto around each Chicken Breast making sure to cover the pocket of cheese
  6. Place Chicken onto casserole pan
  7. Cook 30 minutes uncovered until Chicken is cooked all the way through
