This Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is loaded with flavor, tastes so delicious and is guilt free! This is the perfect healthy side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head organic Cauliflower
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 34 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash Cauliflower and remove stems.
  3. Chop Cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  4. Add it to a large bowl along with the Garlic, Salt and Pepper.
  5. Drizzle Olive oil over Cauliflower and mix with a spoon so it’s all covered.
  6. Place Cauliflower onto baking sheet.
  7. Bake 15 minutes, flip and bake 10-15 minutes more until Cauliflower is cooked through.
  8. Enjoy!
