Low Carb Taco Turkey Burger Bowl

This Low Carb Taco Turkey Burger Bowl is so flavorful and filling! Placed on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and topped with Guacamole for the win!



  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 45 Roma Tomatoes sliced

For the Taco Seasoning:

  • 1 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

For the Guacamole:

  • 4 ripe Avocados pitted and filling scooped out
  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • Sea Salt and pepper to taste



  1. In a large bowl add the ground Turkey and all of the ingredients for the Taco Seasoning
  2. Mix well and form into 4 patties
  3. Let it rest in the fridge on a platter while you make the guacamole
  4. In a medium bowl add the ingredients for the guac and mash the Avocados with a fork until desired consistency
  5. Taste and add more Salt or Pepper to your liking, set aside
  6. Preheat grill to med/high heat about 400F
  7. Place Turkey patties on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes each side or until internal temp is 165F
  8. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes
  9. Add Lettuce, Tomatoes and Turkey Burgers to each bowl
  10. Top with a scoop of Guacamole
  11. Enjoy!
