- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 6 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 28 oz can crushed Tomatoes
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt you can use any kind of salt
- ¼ teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Thyme
- 5-10 large Basil leaves chopped
In large saute pan over high heat add olive oil and garlic
Cook about 1 minute
Add tomatoes and seasonings
Add basil leaves
Reduce heat to med-low
Simmer about 15 minutes until thickened
Note: You can store this in the fridge for around 5 days or freeze up to 3 months
Makes 2 ½ cups
