Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pound Salmon filet skinned
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 Tbs Tamari
  • 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbs Grated Ginger
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped Shallots
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds to garnish
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil, spray the foil with cooking spray
  • Place Salmon on foil
  • In a small bowl whisk together Honey, Tamari, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Ginger, Shallots, and Pepper
  • Pour over Salmon
  • Bake 20-25 minutes until Salmon is cooked all the way through
  • Note: Baking times may vary depending on the thickness of the Salmon
  • Garnish with Sesame Seeds
  • Enjoy!
