- 1 ½ pound Salmon filet skinned
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 Tbs Tamari
- 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbs Grated Ginger
- 1 Tbs finely chopped Shallots
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Sesame Seeds to garnish
- Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil, spray the foil with cooking spray
Place Salmon on foil
In a small bowl whisk together Honey, Tamari, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Ginger, Shallots, and Pepper
Pour over Salmon
Bake 20-25 minutes until Salmon is cooked all the way through
