Ingredients
  

  • 1 6 oz can premium Salmon drained
  • 1 Tbs grated Ginger
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped Shallots
  • 1 Tbs Tamari gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup gluten free Panko
  • 1 Egg

For the Spicy Mayo:

  • 2 Tbs Mayo
  • 1 tsp Siracha

Instructions
 

  • Add Salmon, Ginger, Shallots, Tamari, Sesame Oil, Salt, Pepper, Panko, and Egg to a medium size bowl and mix well.
  • Form into 2 patties or burgers.
  • Add to Grill Pan over med/high heat.
  • Cook 4 minutes on each side.
  • In a small bowl mix together Mayo and Siracha, taste and add more Siracha if you want it spicier.
  • Top Salmon Burgers with Spicy Mayo
  • Enjoy!
