Ok my foodie peeps, this Caprese Salad is one of the easiest salads I've ever made! It only has 5 ingredients, and can be whipped up in no time. And the best part? It looks super fancy, like you've been slaving away in the kitchen!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Roma Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella ball sliced
  • 3-4 oz Fresh Basil
  • 3 tsp EVOO
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • Olives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each, on a plate
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Season with pepper
