- 1 lb boneless Pork Loin
- ¼ cup Pure Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Jerk Seasoning
- non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork on baking sheet.
In small dish combine maple syrup, chili powder, and jerk seasoning, stir until mixed.
Reserve 2 Tbs of this glaze for the end.
Pour the rest of the glaze over the pork and coat all sides with it.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes, turn pork over, and bake 15 more minutes.
Brush reserved glaze over pork.
Slice pork and serve.
