This Caribbean Jerk Pork has only 4 ingredients. That’s right, not only is it super easy to make, but the flavors in this Pork Tenderloin have the perfect amount of spice with a hint of sweetness. It’ll make you feel like you’re back in the Caribbean!

Caribbean Jerk Pork

I love the Caribbean. I mean what’s not to love, it’s sunny, warm, tropical, and the aqua blue water is amazingly beautiful. I’m totally missing this right now. I’m also missing Cary, who just left to go back to work on the cruise ship. He’s off sailing the aqua blue waters of the Caribbean for a few months. Ah yes, living the dream! I’m just going to sit here and daydream about being there with him while I eat my Caribbean Jerk Pork. 🙂

Oh yeah, then there’s the food of the Caribbean. Ah yes, just walking down the beach or street you always seem to smell delicious food being grilled on BBQ pits by the locals.

If you’ve been to the Caribbean, then you know what I’m talking about. The food that is being grilled on open pit BBQs on the beach or the street by the locals is seriously some of the best food you will ever eat! If you want to read more about my food and travel adventures to the Caribbean, check out my Travel and Tastefulventures posts. 🙂

There’s never a shortage of Caribbean Jerk Chicken or Pork there. I love the food so much from the Caribbean that I am always trying to make dishes that have the same flavors as the islands.

Caribbean Jerk Pork

This Caribbean Jerk Pork is super easy to make with only 4 ingredients. Yep that’s it!

I mixed up some Jerk Seasoning with some Chili Powder. Then I added Maple Syrup to make this a little sweet and spicy.

Just add your Pork Loin to a foil lined baking sheet and make sure to spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. I say to add foil because I first cooked this without the foil and had to soak my pan for a few hours before I could wash it. So use foil that way it’s easy to clean up.

After adding your Pork Loin to the baking sheet, pour the glaze evenly over the top coating all sides of the Pork. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for about 30 minutes turning the Pork half way through.

I reserved about 2 Tablespoons of the glaze for the end. Once it’s done cooking and you have it all sliced up on a plate, just drizzle the glaze over the top of the Pork Loin.

Mmmm, this is so delicious it’s making me drool as I write this. 🙂
