What to do with all the turkey leftovers from Thanksgiving? Make this Cranberry Walnut Turkey Salad! Made with cooked turkey, dried cranberries, walnuts, celery and mayo. You can add it to a bed of greens, use it in sandwiches, or just eat it as is!

- 1 Celery stalk chopped
- 1 cup Walnuts chopped
- ½ Dried Cranberries
- 1 Tbs Dried Tarragon
- 1 Tbs Dried Parsley
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Mayo
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
Taste and add more seasonings if desired
Serve over a bed of mixed greens, on a sandwich, or eat it as is
