Easy Skillet Brownies

These easy skillet brownies (gluten free) are super easy to make and will melt in your mouth! This will seriously be your new favorite dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Truvia white sugar if you use regular sugar you will need to double it
  • 1 ¾ cup Almond Flour
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In 9 inch cast iron skillet, lightly grease bottom and sides with 1 Tbs Coconut Oil.
  • In large bowl add all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  • Mix until moistened.
  • Add mix to skillet.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
