Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup uncooked Sushi Rice
  • 1 Tbs NAKANO® Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs White Sugar
  • ½ of a Cucumber sliced thin
  • ½ cup shredded Carrots
  • 1 Avocado pitted peeled and sliced
  • 1 5 oz can Solid Albacore Tuna
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook Sushi Rice as directed on package
  • In a small bowl mix NAKANO® Rice Vinegar and Sugar
  • Heat in microwave 30-60 seconds until sugar is dissolved
  • Pour over cooked Sushi Rice and mix well
  • Let Rice cool
  • Divide Rice into 2 bowls
  • Top with Cucumbers, Carrots, Avocado, Tuna, and Sesame Seeds
  • Enjoy!
