- 1 cup uncooked Sushi Rice
- 1 Tbs NAKANO® Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbs White Sugar
- ½ of a Cucumber sliced thin
- ½ cup shredded Carrots
- 1 Avocado pitted peeled and sliced
- 1 5 oz can Solid Albacore Tuna
- 2 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Cook Sushi Rice as directed on package
In a small bowl mix NAKANO® Rice Vinegar and Sugar
Heat in microwave 30-60 seconds until sugar is dissolved
Pour over cooked Sushi Rice and mix well
Let Rice cool
Divide Rice into 2 bowls
Top with Cucumbers, Carrots, Avocado, Tuna, and Sesame Seeds
