Ok, here we go guys...dinner in about 30 minutes and only using 1 pan for these Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs! .

- 4 bone in Chicken Thighs with skin
- 4 cloves Garlic whole
- 3 Tbs Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbs Honey
- 1 tsp ground Ginger
- Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add Coconut Oil to skillet.
Salt and Pepper both sides of chicken and add to skillet.
Cook on medium-high heat 3 minutes each side.
Remove chicken.
Add Garlic to pan and cook about 1 minute until cloves are browned.
Remove pan from heat.
Add Brown Sugar, Honey, and Ginger to pan and stir.
Add Chicken back to pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
