Ok, here we go guys…dinner in about 30 minutes and only using 1 pan for these Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken Thighs! This dish is also kid approved! As I’ve mentioned before my 12 year old son is my toughest critic.

To make this dish you will need a skillet or pan that is also oven proof.

I use a Cast Iron Skillet. I am so in love with my cast iron skillet. I’ve started using it more and more because I can cook a complete meal with one pan and not have a million dishes piling up in the kitchen. Woohoo! This makes me happy!

Now, let’s talk about this super yummy – make me want to lick the bottom of the pan for every last drop brown sugar sauce. Are you drooling yet?

It’s so simple to make. After you have fried the chicken, remove from pan. Then add the garlic and sauté a bit. Next add the brown sugar, honey, and ginger. Add the chicken back to the pan and bake.

See, I told you it was simple!

If you try this dish out, let me know what you think! Just leave a comment below and rate it – it’s really helpful for me and other readers. 🙂 And don’t forget to take a picture and Hashtag it #Tastefulventure on Instagram so I can see!

Cheers friends!
