This Garlic Lemon Salmon with Brussels Sprouts is such an easy dinner. Everything bakes on one sheet pan making cleanup a breeze!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet
  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts stems remove and cut in half or quartered depending on how big they are
  • 6 Garlic cloves minced
  • 4 Tbs EVOO divided
  • 2 Lemons sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Place Brussels in a large bowl
  • In a small bowl mix together half of the Garlic and 2 Tbs EVOO
  • Pour over the Brussels and toss to coat them well
  • Place Brussels on a sheet pan in a single layer
  • Bake 15 minutes
  • Place Salmon fillets on sheet pan
  • Mix together the rest of the Garlic and 2 Tbs EVOO
  • Pour over each Salmon fillet
  • Place Lemon slices over Salmon and Brussels
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until Salmon is cooked through
  • Enjoy!
