This Garlic Lemon Salmon with Brussels Sprouts is such an easy dinner. Everything bakes on one sheet pan making cleanup a breeze!

- 1 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts stems remove and cut in half or quartered depending on how big they are
- 6 Garlic cloves minced
- 4 Tbs EVOO divided
- 2 Lemons sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Place Brussels in a large bowl
In a small bowl mix together half of the Garlic and 2 Tbs EVOO
Pour over the Brussels and toss to coat them well
Place Brussels on a sheet pan in a single layer
Bake 15 minutes
Place Salmon fillets on sheet pan
Mix together the rest of the Garlic and 2 Tbs EVOO
Pour over each Salmon fillet
Place Lemon slices over Salmon and Brussels
Bake 15-20 minutes or until Salmon is cooked through
