These Gluten Free Black Bean Burgers are so easy to make. They come together in less than 25 minutes and are so delicious! Even meat-eaters will love these burgers!

- 1 15 oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 2-3 Tbs finely chopped Shallots
- 1 cup gluten free Panko
- 1 Egg
- 1 clove minced Garlic
- ¼ teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2-3 Tbs Avocado Oil
In a medium size bowl add Black Beans and smash with a fork until semi-mushy (you can leave a few beans whole for texture).
Add Shallots.
Add Panko.
Add Egg.
Add Garlic.
Add Chipotle Chili Powder, Cumin, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
Mix well and form into 4 patties.
In a 9 inch skillet add Avocado Oil and heat over med-high heat.
Add patties to the hot pan.
Cook 7 minutes on each side.
Add burgers to your favorite gluten free bun and toppings of your choice.
