This Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread is easy to make and incredibly delicious! It's so soft and tender with just the right amount of sweetness!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl whisk together Bananas, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Eggs
  • In a smaller bowl mix together Almond Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined
  • Fold in the Chocolate Chips saving some to sprinkle on top
  • Spray loaf pan with non-stick baking spray
  • Pour batter into pan
  • Sprinkle more Chocolate Chips on top
  • Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean after sticking it in the center
  • Let it rest for 1 hour before slicing
  • Enjoy!

Notes

It's very important to let the Banana Bread rest for at least 1 hour before slicing into, as it needs this time to set.
