Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops

These Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops are a simple dinner to throw together at the last minute. You can grill these outside, or inside with a grill pan for the stove top which is what I did.

- 2 bone in Pork Chops about an inch thick
- 2 Tbs dried rosemary
Heat up grill or use a cast iron grill pan on the stove top, to med high heat.
Rub dried Rosemary on each side of the Pork Chops.
Add Pork Chops to grill or grill pan.
Cook 3-5 min each side.
Set Pork Chops aside and cover with foil for another 5 min until Pork is cooked at an internal temp of 160 degrees.
