This Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is super easy to make and honestly I think it tastes way better than any store bought dressing I've had!

- 1 large Garlic Clove
- 4 –6 Anchovies plus more for topping if desired
- 2 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice approximately 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Shredded Parmesan
- ¼ cup EVOO
In a small food processor add Garlic, Anchovies, Lemon Juice, Dijon, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Pepper, ½ cup Parmesan, and ¼ cup EVOO
Blend until smooth, taste and add more salt or pepper if desired
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
