This Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is super easy to make and honestly I think it tastes way better than any store bought dressing I've had!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Garlic Clove
  • 4 –6 Anchovies plus more for topping if desired
  • 2 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice approximately 1 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan
  • ¼ cup EVOO

Instructions
 

  • In a small food processor add Garlic, Anchovies, Lemon Juice, Dijon, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Pepper, ½ cup Parmesan, and ¼ cup EVOO
  • Blend until smooth, taste and add more salt or pepper if desired
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
