This Homemade Greek Salad Dressing is made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand and tastes way better than any store bought dressing!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all ingredients, taste and add more seasonings to your liking
  • Makes approximately 3/4 of a cup
  • This will last about 2 weeks in the fridge in an air tight container
