For the Salmon Cake: 1 7.5 oz can Premium Salmon ½ cup GF Panko 1 Egg ¼ teaspoon ground Sea Salt ¼ teaspoon ground Black Pepper 1 Shallot finely chopped Juice from half a Lemon 1 Tbs Tarragon For the Tartar Sauce: 2 Tbs Mayo 2 teaspoon Tarragon 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
In a large bowl add together all ingredients for the Salmon Cakes.
Form into 2 patties.
Heat a 9 inch grill pan over med/high heat.
When hot, add the Salmon Cakes.
Cook 4 minutes on each side.
Serve with Tartar Sauce.
For the Tartar Sauce, mix Mayo, Tarragon, and Lemon Juice.
Top Salmon Cakes.
