This Low Carb Taco Turkey Burger Bowl is so flavorful and filling! Placed on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and topped with Guacamole for the win!

- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 4-5 Roma Tomatoes sliced
For the Taco Seasoning:
- 1 Tbs Chili Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
For the Guacamole:
- 4 ripe Avocados pitted and filling scooped out
- 3 cloves minced Garlic
- Juice from 1 Lime
- Sea Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl add the ground Turkey and all of the ingredients for the Taco Seasoning
Mix well and form into 4 patties
Let it rest in the fridge on a platter while you make the guacamole
In a medium bowl add the ingredients for the guac and mash the Avocados with a fork until desired consistency
Taste and add more Salt or Pepper to your liking, set aside
Preheat grill to med/high heat about 400F
Place Turkey patties on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes each side or until internal temp is 165F
Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes
Add Lettuce, Tomatoes and Turkey Burgers to each bowl
Top with a scoop of Guacamole
