This Low Carb Taco Turkey Burger Bowl is so flavorful and filling! Placed on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and topped with Guacamole for the win!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 4-5 Roma Tomatoes sliced

For the Taco Seasoning:

  • 1 Tbs Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

For the Guacamole:

  • 4 ripe Avocados pitted and filling scooped out
  • 3 cloves minced Garlic
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • Sea Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add the ground Turkey and all of the ingredients for the Taco Seasoning
  • Mix well and form into 4 patties
  • Let it rest in the fridge on a platter while you make the guacamole
  • In a medium bowl add the ingredients for the guac and mash the Avocados with a fork until desired consistency
  • Taste and add more Salt or Pepper to your liking, set aside
  • Preheat grill to med/high heat about 400F
  • Place Turkey patties on the grill and cook 3-5 minutes each side or until internal temp is 165F
  • Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes
  • Add Lettuce, Tomatoes and Turkey Burgers to each bowl
  • Top with a scoop of Guacamole
  • Enjoy!
