Get ready to fire up the grill! This New York Strip Steak with Blue Cheese Butter is so tender, juicy and flavorful it will leave you wanting more!

- 2 New York Strip Steaks about 1 inch thick
- 2 Tbs Butter at room temperature
- 2 Tbs Blue Cheese crumbles
- Sea Salt and Pepper
Mix together Butter and Blue Cheese in a small bowl then refrigerate
Place Steaks on a plate or platter and sprinkle generously with Sea Salt and Pepper on both sides
Keep the Steaks at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling
Pre heat grill to med/high heat, around 400 degrees
Place Steaks on the grill and cook 4-5 minutes each side or the internal temp reaches desired doneness (see notes below)
Place on a clean platter, spoon Blue Cheese Butter over Steaks, and let rest for 5 minutes
