This Parmesan Dill Salmon Burger with Garlic Aioli has such an amazing flavor, and is super easy to make! We made this version Gluten Free!

- 1 7.5 oz can premium Wild Salmon
- 1 Egg
- 1 Shallot finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free Panko
- Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
- 1 tsp Dill Weed
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
In medium bowl add Salmon, remove any skin or bones
Add shallot, parmesan, panko, dill weed, lemon juice and egg.
Mix well.
Form into 2 burger patties.
Heat olive oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add Salmon patties.
Cook 3-4 minutes each side.
