- 3 cups cooked White or Brown Rice
- ½ cup chopped Sweet Onion
- ½ cup chopped Green Pepper
- ½ cup chopped Red Pepper
- ½ cup chopped Orange Pepper
- ½ cup chopped Green Onions
- ½ cup frozen Corn
- ½ cup frozen Peas
- 2 cups chopped Pineapple
- 2 Tbs minced Garlic
- 3 teaspoon Ginger powder
- 4 Tbs Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbs Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
Cook rice according to package.
In small bowl whisk together tamari, sesame oil, ginger powder, and pepper. Set aside.
Heat large wok or saute pan over med-high heat, add coconut oil, sweet onion, peppers, and garlic.
Saute 4-5 minutes until slightly softened and translucent.
Add corn and peas, cook another 1-2 minutes.
Add green onion, rice and pineapple, cook another 1-2 minutes.
Add sauce, and cook another 1-2 minutes.
