This Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is loaded with flavor, tastes so delicious and is guilt free! This is the perfect healthy side dish for any meal.

- 1 head organic Cauliflower
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3-4 cloves Minced Garlic
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash Cauliflower and remove stems.
Chop Cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Add it to a large bowl along with the Garlic, Salt and Pepper.
Drizzle Olive oil over Cauliflower and mix with a spoon so it's all covered.
Place Cauliflower onto baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes, flip and bake 10-15 minutes more until Cauliflower is cooked through.
