This Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is loaded with flavor, tastes so delicious and is guilt free! This is the perfect healthy side dish for any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head organic Cauliflower
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 3-4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Wash Cauliflower and remove stems.
  • Chop Cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  • Add it to a large bowl along with the Garlic, Salt and Pepper.
  • Drizzle Olive oil over Cauliflower and mix with a spoon so it's all covered.
  • Place Cauliflower onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes, flip and bake 10-15 minutes more until Cauliflower is cooked through.
  • Enjoy!
