- 1 1/2 lbs Smithfield® All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Tbs EVOO
- 1 Tbs freshly chopped Thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 4 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 finely chopped Shallot
- 8 oz sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Marsala Wine
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Rub Thyme and Pepper on both sides of Smithfield® All Natural Boneless Pork Chops
Add EVOO to a large skillet and heat over med/high heat
When oil is shimmering add Pork Chops to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes each side
Place Pork Chops in Slow Cooker
Add Butter to skillet along with the Garlic and Shallots
Sauté 1-2 minutes
Add in Mushrooms and sauté 2-3 minutes
Add Marsala Wine and cook until reduced, about 2-3 minutes
Pour the mixture from the skillet over the Pork Chops
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours
Stir in Heavy Cream and cook additional 10-15 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
