- 1 15 oz can Chickpeas or 1.5 cup cooked Chickpeas
- 1 Tbs EVOO
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Drain and rinse Chickpeas, place them on some paper towels and pat dry
Add Chickpeas, EVOO, Cumin, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper to a small bowl and mix well
Place Chickpeas on a parchment paper lined sheet pan
Bake 30 minutes
