Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbs EVOO extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove minced Garlic about 2 tsp
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Small to Medium Zucchini spiralized using smallest blade setting
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 4 oz can Bella Portofino Solid Albacore Tuna
  • Zest from 1 Lemon about 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbs fresh Parsley
  • 1 - 2 tsp Capers

Instructions
 

  • In large frying pan heat EVOO over med heat
  • When oil is warm add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes, sauté 1 minute until fragrant
  • Add Zucchini, Salt, and Pepper
  • Sauté 2-3 minutes
  • Add Tuna, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Capers
  • Sauté 1 minute
  • Serve immediately
