- 2 Tbs EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove minced Garlic about 2 tsp
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Small to Medium Zucchini spiralized using smallest blade setting
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 4 oz can Bella Portofino Solid Albacore Tuna
- Zest from 1 Lemon about 1 tsp
- 2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbs fresh Parsley
- 1 - 2 tsp Capers
In large frying pan heat EVOO over med heat
When oil is warm add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes, sauté 1 minute until fragrant
Add Zucchini, Salt, and Pepper
Sauté 2-3 minutes
Add Tuna, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Capers
Sauté 1 minute
Serve immediately
