This Vegan Kale Pesto is such a healthy alternative to Pesto. The flavors of everything blend together so well. You will seriously want to eat this with everything!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Kale leaves stems removed about 3 large Kale leaves
  • ½ cup fresh Basil leaves around 15-20 leaves
  • ½ cup EVOO
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic depending on how garlicky you like it
  • Juice of 1 Lemon about 3 Tbs
  • ¼ cup raw slivered Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a 7 cup food processor or larger.
  • Pulse 30 seconds or until it's all blended together and creamy.
  • Serve over Zucchini noodles, crackers, add as a pizza sauce...the possibilities are endless!
  • Makes about 1 cup, serving size is 2 Tbs and will depend on what you use this for.
