- 2 Tbs EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1 5 oz can Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
- 1 15.5 oz can Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
- Juice from 1/2 a Lemon 2-3 Tbs
- 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp Capers rinsed
- Italian Parsley for garnish
Wash and trim ends off Zucchini
Spiralize Zucchini with the smallest blade setting to create thin like noodles
In a large frying pan add EVOO and heat over med/high heat
When oil is warm add Zucchini noodles
Saute 1-2 minutes
Add Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil, Cannellini Beans, Lemon Juice, and Pepper
Saute 1-2 minutes
Plate and top with Capers, Parsley and more Lemon Juice if desired
Serve immediately
