This Carrot Apple Ginger Juice is so Energizing! Lately I’ve been trying to find more healthy ways to energize myself in the morning. This juice has everything you need for that extra boost of energy!

Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Carrots, Apples, and Ginger… these are a few of my favorite things to juice. I’m totally addicted to this in the mornings now!

Carrots Apples Ginger

Wowza! The energy this juice gives you will last a heck of a lot longer then any old cup of coffee!

I used to be a HUGE coffee drinker. I quit drinking coffee because I was sick of the crash I would get every afternoon once the caffeine wore off. I also started noticing some health issues, such as stomach aches and an anxiety feeling of having a rapid heart rate.

Since I gave up coffee all of those symptons went away.

I have more energy now than I ever did!

I like to buy Organic fruits and vegetables for juicing. I think this is really important, because now days there are so many chemicals on everything. That’s just my two cents. 🙂

Everyone always asks me what kind of juicer I use, so here’s the skinny. I did a lot of research before I purchased my juicer. I didn’t want to break the bank, but I also wanted a good quality juicer that produced more juice than pulp.

I decided to purchase a mid-priced juicer an Omega 8004 Juicer.

I have been using this for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it!

My Omega Juicer is super easy to use and put together. It’s also very easy to wash and is dishwasher safe (top rack only).

If you’re on the fence about what juicer to buy, check out the reviews on Amazon for this. You can also compare it to other juicers that are similar and decide from there.
