This Papaya Tropical Smoothie has fresh, natural, healthy ingredients and is dairy free!
We pretty much have smoothies every morning for breakfast in our house. I like to make them the night before and then store them in a mason jar with a lid in the fridge overnight. That way I can just grab it and go in the morning before work, and Gavin can drink it quick before he gets on the bus for school.
Now that it’s spring, I’ve been craving tropical type drinks which leads to my creation of this Papaya Tropical Smoothie!
Here’s the skinny on the ingredients:
Cashew Milk (you can use any type of non-dairy milk you prefer like almond, coconut, or soy)
Papaya
Pineapple
Mango
Bananas
That’s it! Now you could add some nutrient powders to this as well if you wanted to give it an extra boost. A lot of times I like to add in Collagen Peptides because it helps to keep my skin glowing and provides elasticity to the skin… which I need now that I’m getting older lol!
I hope you guys love this Papaya Tropical Smoothie as much as we do! It’s:
- Easy to make
- Great for Meal Prep
- Fruity
- Healthy
- Filling
- and 100% Satisfying
