Pineapple Mojitos

I’m so excited because when the school day is done today, I will be officially on Spring Break! The only thing on my agenda this next week is sleeping in every day, squeezing in a few beach days with my son, making some new recipes for the blog, and enjoying a few cocktails at night while I’m relaxing on the lanai.

Ah sounds dreamy doesn’t it?

Alright, let’s get into making these Pineapple Mojitos!

Pineapple Mojitos

I absolutely love a good Mojito. A while back I made Pineapple Mojitos

I also used some Pineapple Mojitos

Then just sit back, relax, and enjoy this beautiful cocktail!
