This Fresh Spicy Salsa is made with a variety of hot peppers. It’s so simple to make and tastes way better than any store bought salsa!
I’m so excited to finally have a garden again! I haven’t had a garden in almost 6 years after moving to Florida!
I got a few stand up garden beds for Christmas last year which I absolutely love! They don’t take up much space, there’s no weeding involved, and no back breaking/kneeling on the ground to plant things!
I planted Jalapeños, Cajun Belle Peppers, Habaneros, Cilantro and a few other varieties of herbs and peppers.
I tell ya, there’s nothing more satisfying to me then growing your own produce. Plus it means less trips to the grocery store. It’s the little things in life right?!
Now if you can’t find Cajun Belle Peppers in the grocery store, use whatever variety you prefer. Cajun Belle Peppers have a mild sweet flavor with a kick.
You could sub them out for green, red, yellow, or orange peppers. The real spiciness of this salsa comes from the Jalapeños and Habaneros!
I stored this in the fridge for 5 days, and I noticed each day it did get slightly less spicy and was a little more thinned out and saucy than pictured. But still super good!
I hope you love this Fresh Spicy Salsa as much as we did!
