This Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing is made with simple fresh ingredients and is super easy to make. This is definitely my new go-to salad dressing as of right now!
I love making my own salad dressings. I honestly can’t remember the last time I purchased a store bought salad dressing.
To be honest I just got sick of reading every single label of salad dressing and not being able to pronounce half of the ingredients.
I have a rule, I can’t pronounce the ingredients I don’t buy it.
I made this dressing with ingredients I already had in my fridge which was perfect for this Winter Kale Quinoa Salad I recently made.
I always have Lemons on hand, because I add them to my water and drink my Lemon Water non stop every day. It’s really good for cleansing.
Tahini is another staple ingredient I always have on hand. I make some sort of hummus with it weekly for snacking. 🙂
The rest of the ingredients to use for this dressing are Garlic, Sea Salt, and Pepper.
That’s it! See, super simple.
Just add all the ingredients to a Food Processor or high speed blender, and you’ve got an amazing salad dressing that is so delicious!
