Yes, I’m a total foodie nerd… I like to play with my food.

These Spiralized Cajun Fries are so easy to make and are so addicting!

I’ve tried a few different spiralizers in the past few years, and so far this one is my favorite >>> The Inspiralizer.

I personally love it because it’s super easy to change the blade size. All you need to do is turn the green knob and it can quickly turn to four different blade sizes, depending on what size you want.

My old spiralizer I had only had three blades sizes to choose from and the process of switching out the blades was such a hassle. Plus I felt like every time I switched out the blades I was going to slice my finger off. I’m not going to name that brand, but I don’t think they sell that kind any more.

Ok so if you’re using The Inspiralizer, you’ll want to use Blade C to make these Cajun Fries. If you’re using a different kind of spiralizer you would probably want the setting that’s in between the smallest and the largest blade size.

After you’ve spiralized your Potato, make sure to cut the long strands into more bite size pieces.

Add the spiralized Potatoes to a baking sheet (make sure you spray the baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray first).

Sprinkle the fries with Old Bay Seasoning.

Drizzle Olive Oil over everything and mix lightly together with your hands to evenly coat the fries.

Spread the fries out on the pan so there’s some space between each one. You don’t want them overlapping each other too much or they may not get as crispy.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes turning the fries half way through.

Here’s what I love about these Cajun Fries:

  • They’re simple to make
  • It’s cheaper to make vs. buying frozen bags of fries
  • They’re loaded with spicy Cajun flavor
  • They’re fun to make and to eat!

I hope you guys love these fries as much as I do!
